Northern Thunderbird Air Inc has an opening for a full time Flight Dispatcher and is looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic team player to join their organization.

Job Description
Summary of responsibilities for the Successful Candidate include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for monitoring company flights to ensure safe and efficient operational control
- Ensure flights depart on time and keep communication open with customers
- Dispatch/Assign crew to flights in accordance to all applicable regulations and policies that apply
- Maintain open communication between all company departments and follow all policies and procedures
- Prepare flight trip logistics which may include catering, organizing hotel accommodations, arranging Customs/APIS, advising FBOs and ensure crew is provided with all relevant information pertaining to each flight
- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing NT Air clientele
- Respond to customer inquiries and quoting in a timely manner
- Check in passengers and baggage handling
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Perform General Administrative duties and any other duties assigned

Skills and Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of general computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work different shifts and flexibility
- Ability to think critically and act logically to evaluate situations and make decisions in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask and work independently during high stress situations with minimal supervision in a fast paced dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate excellence in prioritizing, time management, organization and attention to detail
- Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative
- Ability to demonstrate a professional approach to all situations
- Relative experience within a Flight Operation considered an asset
- Dispatch experience considered an asset
