POSITION: Central Baggage Coordinator REPORTING TO: Duty Manager, YYZ LOCATION: Lester B. Pearson International Airport, Terminal 1 POSTING DATE: July 25, 2013 CLOSING DATE: August 6, 2013 RESPONSIBILITIES: • Central Baggage tracing & YYZ station tracing – all duties entailed therein. • Physical work required • Respond to all phone calls/emails/WorldTracer & SITA messages & log all phone calls • Keep passengers & stations updated on status of their file/claim • Maintain up to date records of all baggage issues • Arrival Agent duties • Update statistics & reports as required • Research customer service complaints • Administrative duties • Other duties as required QUALIFICATIONS: • Mature, courteous and professional manner • World Tracer qualified an asset • Ability to resolve problems • Strong organizational skills • Strong customer service skills • Able to work individually but still be part of a team MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 2 years airport experience, preferably supervisory or similar aviation experience • High school graduation diploma or equivalent • Strong competency in the English language, both oral and written • Bilingual – English/French – oral and written preferred • Ability to obtain an Airport restricted Area pass issued by Transport Canada • Ability to work shifts If you are interested in applying please forward your resume and cover letter to hr@sunwing.ca.
