Canadian North is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Industrial Charter Department. The Account Manager, Industrial Charters will be responsible for ensuring operational integrity and maintaining a positive working relationship with specific charter clients.

Responsibilities:  Actively participate in the Company’s Safety Management System program and demonstrate knowledge of employee responsibilities regarding safety
 Provide supervisory support to all Charter and Senior Charter Specialists through all phases of charter customer operations
 Provide aircraft gauge selection based on client request and planned passenger loads
 Provide support and reports to the Director, Charters and charter client contacts, this includes compiling information and producing reports required
 Liaise with Operations Control Centre; charter customers; and sub-contractors as required
 Provide leadership and assistance with irregular operations of charter flights
 Account Management including:
 Manage a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales targets
 Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling
 Manage and solve conflicts with clients
 Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
 Meet time deadlines for accounts
 Travel as necessary (to site)
 Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

 Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite is required
 3 years Charter airline experience
 Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision or direction
 Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication
 Proven ability to effectively handle diverse and challenging situations
 Ability to manage priorities and conflicting demands
 Well organized, detail orientated, capable of multitasking
 Post-secondary education
 Management experience considered an asset
