The Administrator - Flight Operations will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of Flight Operations office. 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the administration of the Flight Standards Office.
  • Exercise discretion and judgement with regards to confidential data.
  • Monitor and analyze training costs and prepare budgets to achieve cost efficiencies.
  • Monitor financial position of the Manager Flight Operations in terms of departmental spending for reconciled with budgets.
  • Prepare reports to capture performance index for the department.
  • Monthly completion of training cost reports including proper account coding and coordination with the relevant accounting functions.
  • Maintain controlled required documentation for aircraft operation.
  • Perform other appropriate duties as directed by the Manager Flight Operations 

    Qualifications & Experience:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accounting experience preferred
  • Aviation administration experience preferred.
  • Experience working with databases and ftp protocols.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain order and effectiveness in a complex, urgent environment.
