What will you be doing?
Working as a part of our Ground Transportation and Parking team, this role will provide exposure to the area of public parking, employee parking, curbside operations, commercial vehicle activity here at YYC.
What will your primary responsibilities be?
Working as a part of our Ground Transportation and Parking team, this role will provide exposure to the area of public parking, employee parking, curbside operations, commercial vehicle activity here at YYC.
What will your primary responsibilities be?
- Issue parking permits to a variety of internal and external airport customers
- Data input of above information in parking system program
- Gathering information from the department Manager (s) regarding operating procedures and create a formal manual that defines all departmental and contracted staff accountabilities, policies and procedures.
- Create information package to be distributed to all new employees, this package will include, permit application, map of employee parking and other related information pertinent to new employees
- Design and create an information package to be given to all contracted staff (curbside officers, parkade attendants), this info booklet will describe our company procedures as well as our expectations of them and their position. Ie; layout of curb, emergency numbers, quick reference phone numbers, quick reference information regarding parking etc.
Basic Requirements

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to take initiative and effectively collaborate with others.
- Ability to work effectively with a team as well as individually.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
