The Company
Established in 1960 and based in Winnipeg and Thompson Manitoba, Perimeter Aviation LP has grown into a diversified airline company with 600 employees, operating a fleet of 35 aircraft in a scheduled air service to Manitoba and North Western Ontario. In addition to our scheduled passenger and freight service, Perimeter operates a flight training school, 24/7 North American charter service, Medical evacuation services and a full service maintenance facility including design engineering, NDT, Manufacturing and Garrett turbine engine services.

We are seeking diverse candidates to join Perimeter in the position of Flight Training Coordinator.

Terms:Permanent Full Time- Monday-Friday 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. 

General Job Description
Responsibilities
•Managing the training and maintenance of the training records for approximately 100 pilots
•Maintain online training database for the flight training department; including employee records for scheduling/follow up training, tracking of employee progress, marks, and examinations and any other applicable training information
•Assisting simulator Training Captains and acting as a crewmember for simulator training sessions.


Qualifications
Education and Experience
-Must qualify for Winnipeg Airport Authority RAIC pass
-Canadian Citizen or Landed Immigrant
-Grade 12 or equivalent
-Good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Knowledge of custom software considered an asset
-Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of individuals 
-Self-motivated, energetic, goal oriented with positive outlook
-Organized, dependable with strong attention to detail
-Must be able to work with minimal supervision and work effectively with other departments 
-The responsibilities and demands for this position are high and require a dedicated and committed individual
-Minimum one year commitment to the position
