Responsible for managing all ramp activities in the assigned area.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain applicable safety and quality standards
- Supervise/control staff assignment, reporting and absences
- Control of staff overtime and compensation
- Personal presence during the daily operation
- Maintain, update company and customer manuals and documentation
- Implement and monitor the local emergency plan
- Maintain good relations with customers and airport authorities
- Solve any conflicts and irregularities, and take appropriate action
- Responsible for managing all Ramp operation activities
- Take disciplinary action as required
- Ensure all employees comply with company rules and airport authority requirements
- Conduct daily operational and safety briefings with direct reports
- Attend internal meetings
- All other duties as may be required
- Ramp supervisory experience
- Effective manpower planning
