Description:
Reporting to the Manager of Parking & Ground Transportation, the successful applicant will be accountable for the daily operations of Parking & Ground Transportation products and services. The Supervisor, Parking & Ground Transportation will contribute to the financial targets of the Parking & Ground Transportation department, ensure high levels of customer service, manage and oversee contracts and agreements for Parking & Ground Transportation contracted services, and other duties as required.

Special Requirements:
• Knowledge of revenue security processes and procedures in regards to Parking & Ground Transportation • Has demonstrated excellence in the areas of customer service, contract management, as well as time management and work prioritization • Committed to providing exceptional customer service in a team-based atmosphere • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are necessary to ensure the needs of customers and airport infrastructure are met and maintained • Provide leadership to the Parking & Ground Transportation Team • Track and monitor Parking & Ground Transportation financial results • Strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to identify and manage changing priorities are essential • Attention to detail with the ability to initiate and complete tasks to a high degree of accuracy • Must be committed to sustaining a safe, focused, and achievement-oriented environment • Parking & Ground Transportation experience is an asset • Ability to secure and maintain appropriate airport security clearance and acceptable criminal record check is required.

Wage:   $37.92 /hr to $42.05 /hr
