2014 Theme: Leading Change Management - From the Ground Up
The
Aviation Leadership Forum knows that every company has felt the impact of
implementing change. We also know that the only thing that is constant is
change, so how do we manage that change and what does that look like through
leadership?
Most people are not receptive or have a difficult time dealing with change. The Forum wants to address this subject and strive to give tools to attendees which help them assess where the breakdown begins from top level management to front line staff and how it can be improved to help create change leaders and personnel that embrace the particular goals of the organization. Creating change leaders within an organization is often a struggle but the Aviation Leadership Forum wants to show that through the proper Leadership, it doesn’t have to be. Harnessing the power of change and navigating through it, is key.
