FedEx Express is looking to fill 1 customer service representative position. 

Description:
As a customer service representative you will provide accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct customer interface. Additionally, you will promote continued sales and generate potential incremental revenue wherever possible. As well, you will perform the administrative duties necessary for efficient operations.

Special Requirements:
Education • Canadian High School Diploma or GED Equivalent • College Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred) - (No discipline) Related Experience • None - 0 - No experience required Computer/Technical Skills • Customs import and export regulations • FedEx Express and Ground products, services and systems - (Preferred) Leadership Skill Competencies Personal • Communicates with others in a clear, concise and timely manner. Listens and responds with empathy.
