Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, Real Estate Development, the employee is responsible for coordinating all aspects of tenant relations and property management at Edmonton International and Villeneuve Airports.

This position develops and maintains relationships with tenants and coordinates activities to achieve the highest level of customer service while ensuring compliance within contractual obligations. Land Tenant Relations performs property management functions and administration of property lease and license agreements, including recommending invoices and maintaining agreement and expense records. The position is the first point contact for any tenant inquiries related to the airports. Involvement includes leading regular meetings with tenants, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues that arise.

Qualifications
  • 2 years of post-secondary education studying business administration, property management, or related subjects; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
  • Must have demonstrated excellent organizational and prioritizing skills with the ability to complete work to a high degree of accuracy
  • History of seeing tasks/projects through to successful completion
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; a history of effectively facilitating groups will be considered an asset
  • Must have a strong customer service focus with a history of interacting positively with stakeholders and the public
  • Proficiency in MS-Office suite programs is required
  • Property Management experience as well as to those with a familiarity with issues related to airports and/or aviation will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of financial systems and the ability to manage a budget will be considered assets
  • Possession of a valid class 5 drivers’ license is required
  • Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain Airport Security Clearance

SALARY: $32.97 – 36.56per hour (37.5 hours per week)
