Primary Purpose of Position
Reporting to the Regional Employee
Development Manager & Terminal Managers, this position will provide
assistance in the development & evaluation process of training initiatives,
schedules, observations and performance measurement including reporting
anaylitics to ensure comprehensive and timely oversight of all training
initiatives. Assess the performance of Screening Officers to our client mandate
and GardaWorld core values.
Role Responsibilities
* Responsible
and accountable for performing site performance assessments and communicating
the results such that performance weaknessess are recognized and communicated to
avoid performance decline * Perform comprehensive testing inititatives to
ensure optimal operational efficiency * Analyzes training inititatives
findings/issues/non-conformances during assessments to determine program quality
and identify performance trends * Provide written & verbal brefings to
Screening Officers/TL/TTL/ Employment Development Department * Perform
special projects related to Training & Development Department * Ensure
current training & development inititatives is maximized to develop/or
improve client mandated screening requirements & operational objectives
* Additional tasks to assist operational requirements

you will ideally possess the following skills, qualifications and experience:
* Detail-oriented and highly organized * Demonstrate ability to
work in a team environment. * Must posses good interpersonal skills and
clear communication skills (verbal and written) * Ability to multi-task and
work well under pressure. * 3-5 years working within aviation or related
industry * Proven analytical, project management, time management ability
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word * Ability
work in a fast paced environment and complete ad-hoc reporting * Be able to
work proposed rotational shifts: 4 days morning, 2 off and 4 days afternoon
(shift schedule to be determine based on operational requirements. As such we
ask for 24/7 availability)
