We are currently looking to fill the position of CREW SCHEDULER.

Located at the Halifax International Airport and reporting to the Manager, Crew Planning / Scheduling, the Crew Scheduler would be responsible to:
• Ensure full crew complement on all flights.
• Replace and/or displace crewmembers as required.
• Monitor crew check-in.
• Staff appropriately for IROPS and charters.
• Book deadhead seats, hotels and taxis for flight crews.
• Complete, maintain and distribute all appropriate paper work.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate would possess:
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to cope with stress and time constraints
• Above average communication skills
• Above average time management skills for prioritizing workload
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations
• Previous experience with staffing and scheduling would be assets
• Available to work Modified Schedule, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
