Air Import Coordinator

Responsible for coordinating the movement of import freight by air from the local airport to domestic and international destinations as well as providing customer service to key accounts He/she must demonstrate a commitment to exceeding client expectations while respecting and adhering to company policies.    Prepares accurate airfreight import documents.  Interacts with client(s) and handles the transactional requirements of their accounts.  Interacts with peers, subordinates, and colleagues at various Schenker divisions.  Enhanced Customer Service levels sustained to ensure customer retention.  Complies with ISO Standard Operating Procedures and the instructions of one’s supervisor or manager.  May be required to work at client site    Experience  Minimum of 3 years experience in Air Freight Forwarding operations, import.  Experience in sales/customer service with key accounts  Advanced computer literacy (Excel – Word – PowerPoint)  Prefer candidates with Argus and FREDS experience  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required  Team player   Unser Angebot Schenker of Canada Limited is the 2nd largest Integrated Logistics Service Provider in Canada, with sales of approximately $1Billion and operating from over 40 sites across the country.
