ASIG Canada is looking a Duty Manager to help out with our Ground Operations at the Regina Airport.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Assist in management and oversight ground handling services
- Participate in the hiring, training and management of base employees
- Participate in the development and management of business plans and budget
- Assist and represent the management team at any employee collective bargaining agreement or employee association
- Represent The Company at a local level and liaise with various client airline partners
- Represent The Company at a local level with external agencies
- Provide insight and guidance to the Corporate Executive Management Team
- Assist in the development and management of future endeavours undertaken by The Company at the Airport
- Represent the base at any functions, both internal and external as required
- Travel to and participate in corporate team building and strategic development meetings
- Be willing to assist with operations when reasonably requested, at any other current or future Company location
Qualifications:
- 0ne-year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience in management:
- 2 -5 years supervisory experience in airport ramp operations
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to read and interpret documents and to write reports and correspondence
- Able to enhance internal and external customer relation skills
- Proficient with computers and software such as MS Office
- Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Salary will be determined based on experience. Recommendations required by current manager/employer. Selection will be based on candidate qualifications, company requirements and individual assessment results.
