Enerjet is currently recruiting an Airport Services Coordinator
Responsibilities: Airports Coordinator
o Obtain quotes and contracts
for services at airports, terminals and FBO's (e.g. check-in, gate, fuel,
baggage, FBO and parking)
o Keep updated records of
airport and service fees
o Coordinate with customer and
Enerjet departments for delivery of airport services
o FBO management
§ Develop relationships with
airports and FBO's
§ Develop, document and deliver
Enerjet procedure and system training to FBO's and handlers
§ Performance-manage the FBO's
o Coordination of lost/damaged
baggage claims
o Confirm receipt and delivery
of pre-flight manifest information
Secondary Roles and Responsibilities
· Participate in Enerjet
committees/teams that require a representative from Operations
o Participate in the continuous
improvement of Enerjet processes
o Actively support the company
Safety Management System by participating in the SMS program
Candidacy:
Current Enerjet Employees
External candidates with an Airports and/or Operational background
Qualities:
· Detail oriented
· Motivated self-starter
· Strong listening and
written/verbal communication skills
· Strong negotiating
skills
· Organized
· Team player
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma
· Minimum of 18 years of
age
· Legally entitled to
work in Canada
· Clean criminal record
· Strong knowledge of
Microsoft programs, specifically Word and Excel
· Thorough understanding
of Airport and FBO operations
· Previous experience
with airline scheduling software (currently AvAIO)
· Ability to obtain and
hold a Transport Canada RAIC
· Minimum 3 years
experience in a Procurement role

Compensation Guidelines:
Pay Band (FltOps-3) Hourly Rate/Salary Range: $39,520.00 - $47,840.00
Benefits Waiting Period - Three (3) months unless internal transfer
