Pacific Coastal Airlines is currently recruiting a Call Center Agent -- Part Time
YVR -- South Terminal
The Call Center Agent is responsible for upholding the Vision and Values of the Company by delivering excellent customer experiences. Duties include answering customer inquiries, making reservations, radio communications and other miscellaneous tasks.
The Call Center Agent is responsible for ensuring that all customer interactions are treated with a high degree of customer service, while ensuring a professional and safe work environment for all customers and personnel. 


Skills, knowledge and abilities:
  • Demonstrates an excellent level of customer service that focuses on the customer experience
  • Is solution oriented with the ability to quickly identify and address all customer concerns and needs
  • Works together as part of a strong, competent and cohesive team with all levels of employees within the organization
  • Uses good judgment to problem solve and handle multiple priorities at one time, with minimal supervision 
  • Understands and upholds Standard Operating Procedures and the Safety Management System
  • Possess an excellent understanding of company products and services and effectively promotes them at all times 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Proficient computer skills and data entry
  • Completes tasks in an efficient and accurate manner.  
  • Is able to work varied shifts including evenings and holidays
