Provincial Airlines is currently seeking a Flight Follower to join our team in Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador.

As a Flight Follower you will be required to deal effectively in a fast past, time critical environment, ensuring professionalism at all times. You will primarily be responsible for assessing weather to ensure the day’s operations are executed successfully. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to contacting available crews to report at specific times; filing ICAO flight plans in accordance with the flight schedule and provide crews with weather and NOTAMS. You will coordinate with Dispatch in St. John’s to ensure all paperwork is in order and accurate as well as other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

 The ability to read and interpret weather using the Aviation Weather Web Site;
 The successful candidate should have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
 The position requires a detail oriented individual with exceptional organization skills;
 Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite of Products;
 Previous background in Aviation would be an asset;
 A Radio Operators License would be an asset.
