Activities to ensure delivery of Customer Service Level Agreements, provides up to date information and instructions to the operational teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible to send daily arriving passenger count to the Duty Manager via fax.
- Ensure date information is entered and updated.
- Accurately update flight information display (FID) screens, weather templates, field conditions, runway status, and fuel density.
- Ensure fueler receives the fuel load.
- Correctly prepare the arrival and departure paperwork for all flights (Mainline and Connection).
- Properly prepare load sheet for ramp agents.
- Accurately enter load detail information into computer system (ALIS).
- Prepare Gen Decs for USCBP for following day.
- Send the Gen Decs to Minneapolis, MN (MSP) via fax when necessary.
- Coordinate aircraft mechanical issues with appropriate individuals as they arise.
- Enter fuel numbers and de-ice information properly.
- Accurately update flight numbers and times on all Operations paperwork.
- Create, enter, and distribute all agents PPR, PID, Log in, tokens and passwords.
- Create and maintain training files for all agents.
- Track training records.
- Responsible to print all required training material i.e., training bullets.
- Communicate current training to station manager as requested.
- Assist agents with understanding new training material.
- Responsible to book classroom training as required.
- Ensure all training files are up to date.
- Responsible to create and maintain employee phone list.
- Complete Troubleshoot reporting as needed.
- Make certain port pages are update in the Delta term as needed.
- Ensure all Bridge training and Door Training is completed.
- Advise Canada Customs of load counts for the week on all inbound flights.
- Ensures safe work conditions by following all ATS rules and regulations within the work place
BACKGROUND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Individual must possess a valid driver’s license and Motor Vehicle Report/ MVR.
- Must posses a High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to communicate with customers and fellow employees and serve as a team player under all types of conditions is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain airport security clearance which includes an extensive check of your last 5 years of employment, criminal record, and residence history.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and provide a clean driver’s abstract.
- Must posses a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to lift up to 32 kg in confined spaces.
- Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended time.
- Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather and elevated noise levels within the airport environment.
- Must be flexible to work various shifts, weekends, or irregular shifts.
- Computer skills required.
LOCATION/SPECIFIC WORKING HOURS:
- Specific shifts to be determined
- Must be able to work extended hours on short notice during non-routine operations
- Some travel required
