Pilot / Base Manager - Pasadena

Job Description: Responsibilities:
Responsible for the aircraft and functional performance of the employees assigned to his base including Pilots, Engineers, Apprentices, and Administrative personnel; Ensure that all activities are carried out in strict conformity with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, procedures and standards; Act in his primary function as a pilot when required; Be responsible for safety and flight operations at his base; Report all incidents, accidents and unsafe operations and make appropriate recommendations; Provide crews with adequate means for flight planning purposes and operations within his area, including position of fuel caches, radio frequencies and any special procedures in effect; Develop and implement personnel work schedules in order to support aircraft flying operations as effectively as possible.

We would like to hear from you if you possess the above experience and below qualifications:
Valid Canadian commercial helicopter Pilot License; Minimum 3 years of experience in the Canadian helicopter industry; Minimum of 2500 hours of Rotary-wing experience; Endorsement on AS350 and BH206 (AS355 an asset); Drill move experience (considered an asset); Desire to enhance management, leadership, and coaching; Strong problem solving skills; Ability to manage priorities and several requests simultaneously; Excellent customer service skills and strong business acumen; Solid communication skills in English; Ability to accept other away from base assignments, as required; Team player; Experience in sales & marketing (considered an asset).
