Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and applicable Transport Canada procedures
- Actively participate in the safe operations of the company by providing accurate safety reports when any situation occurs that did or could have compromised safety
- Greet passengers and assist them, take care of their luggage, offer beverages, newspapers
- Advise Maintenance Engineer for putting luggage on-board
- Call Operations/Reservations for any unexpected packages for clearance before boarding
- Inform passengers/drivers of any delays, and when necessary have the Captain explain the problem to them
- Check with Operations/Reservations schedule changes or special requirements
- Organize ground transportation
- Purchasing commissary
- Inputting and updating information on the stock control system
- Stocking aircraft as required
- Ensure that lounge and commissary kitchens are well stocked, clean and tidy
- Assist in organizing meeting and special events
- Order catering for meetings and special request from customers and management
- Monitor Boardroom access
- Monitor use of Customer Lounge Van and upkeep of van (gas, oil checks)
- Other assigned duties
Requirements:
High School degree or College degree (preferred)
Experience in Customer Service/Flight Attending
3 –5 years of experience in customer service
High level of customer service
Computer skills – knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Solid confidence and communication skills
High level of professionalism
Ability to work independently
High level of discretion
Ability to work under pressure
