Dear Class 20, we are almost halfway there!
As a reader you may ask: What have we done so far? That’s a loaded question.
Airport Operations is a multifaceted program. We are constantly learning new material and applying it with a hands-on approach. Elements of what we learn from each course will be integrated into our final AOM (Airport Operations Manual) which we will present to a panel of instructors and industry professionals at the end of the program. This final project and presentation allows us to create our own imaginary airport, while writing the manual according to industry standards and regulations.
