SUMMARY: Ensure the lounge area is stocked with food and supplies for the airline customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - include the following. Other duties may be assigned. · Ensures a safe work environment by following all ATS rules and regulations regarding the work place. · Maintains the level of service expectations at all times. · Preparation and presentation of food. · Attendant to clear dirty glasses and dishes from tables. · Restocking of food, drinks, dishes, glasses, and silverware. · Cleaning and washing of dishes. · Maintaining the cleanliness of the lounges. · Restocking of refrigerator and coolers in lounges. · Maintaining a professional appearance in compliance with uniform regulations. · Maintain and observe the Health and Safety standards. · Verifying passenger’s eligibility to access the lounge. · Welcoming entitled passengers to the lounge. · Observing that lounge is replenished and tidy all the times. · Ensuring proper set-up is done (morning, afternoon, evening). · Placing orders when the stock of the items served to the passengers is low. · Assisting passengers with requests (changing seats, adding frequent flyer numbers in the system). · Keeping precise record of passengers in the lounge for every airline. · Sending daily reports to different airlines. Requirements Exigences MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: · Must be at least 18 years of age. · Must possess a valid driver’s license and provide a clean driver’s abstract. Varies by Airport. · Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. · Must be able to obtain airport security clearance which includes an extensive check of your last 5 years of employment, criminal record, and residence history. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: · Must be able to lift up to 14kg. · Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push and pull for extended periods of time. BACKGROUND QUALIFICATIONS: · Demonstrated leadership skills in the workplace preferred. · Ability to communicate with customers and fellow employees and serve as a team player under all types of conditions. · Preferred, but not required, to be fluent in Cantonese and / or Mandarin. LOCATION/SPECIFIC WORKING HOURS: · Specific shifts to be determined. · Must be able to work extended hours on short notice during non-routine operations. · Must be flexible to work various shifts, weekends, or irregular shifts.
