Harbour Air Seaplanes is currently recruiting RESERVATIONS AGENT (CASUAL)(Seasonal)

Job Description:

• Answer inbound calls, arrange reservations and answer general inquiries
• Plan trips by booking flights, tours and car rentals
• Coordinate services with external travel and rental agencies
• Maintain computerized inventory of reservations and customer files
• Contact customers regarding flight schedule changes
• Actively educate customers on service changes, and identify sales opportunities
• Contact passengers regarding schedule updates and changes due to weather/flight interruptions
• Play an active role in staying current and up-to-date about company products & services

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

• ·         Strong customer service orientation; excellent listening and communication skills
• ·         Computer knowledge; specifically in a Windows environment
• ·         Flexibility to work various shifts as required
• ·         Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• ·         Must be a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
