Position: Team Lead, Aviation Operations
KÎSIK Aerial Survey is looking to add an energetic, highly motivated aviation professional to the KÎSIK tribe. The candidate is a qualified, highly motivated leader with an exceptional safety mindset and dedication to a high level of customer service. We need a strong leader who can assume full control of aviation operations (Operations Manager and Relief Pilot) as well as be a strong contributing team member and leader in all aspects of the operation. We need a team player who can think “outside of the box” – whether in the field or in the office - there is a high level of autonomy and independence. A strong work ethic, ability to take initiative, and adapt to various situations in a fast paced, demanding and ever-changing environment is important to us. We are looking for someone who embodies our team values.
We ask for flexibility including overnights and weekends (for only part of the time) and we also offer flexibility to you. It is important to know that the relief flying is field work and will be less than 100 hours per year (this is not a position for time-builders). If you have a case of the wanderlust (as some pilots do….) there is opportunity for extended time off during the off season months if that is of interest to the candidate. In addition, for the right candidate we could explore either part-time or full time options for the position.
We care about each other, we care about our team – our tribe, we care about creating an en’joy’able work environment, and we care about your individual learning and development. And, when we say we care about safety – we really do mean it.
