Customer Service Agents - Vancouver
Cathay Pacific Airways is looking for Customer Service Agents in our Vancouver Airport Services Team. We are looking for service oriented professionals who will provide “Service Straight From the Heart” to our customers. These are temporary part time positions.
The Customer Service Agent will provide various aspects of airport customer service support including arrivals, departures, ticketing, customer service, operations/load control, and other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of CX route system and products,
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- Ability to convey technical information to passengers in a clear and concise manner,
- Ability to handle ad hoc and special projects with minimum supervision,
- Flexibility to work variety of shifts including weekends and nights,
- Ticketing/fares experience or exposure is an asset,
- Ability to speak an Asian language is an asset,
- Must have the right to live and work in Canada.
