An opportunity is available for a Team Lead in our Airport Operations Centre (AOC) at theWinnipeg Richardson International Airport, Winnipeg, Manitoba
Reporting to the Contract Manager you will be responsible for the coordination, facilitation and operation of the Airport Operation Centre (AOC).
This individual will demonstrate a high level of professionalism and support Bouygues Core Values. You will support and lead a team of airport operations agents that will provide safe and reliable services to our client, internal & external customers along with our airport stakeholders. You will play a vital role in performing airport operation duties, carry out policy, lead your team during emergency and irregular operations, coach and train your team while achieving corporate objectives. Our professionals serving as a Team Leads will be skilled customer service and airport operation professionals that will exhibit a positive persona inside and outside of work.

Key Responsibilities: You will facilitate and coordinate resources, make decisions and determines escalations within the scope of the client’s operating procedures. You will monitor the airport systems and build relationships with our tenants, operational agencies and WAA departments. Assist in delivering job training, safety attitudes and enforce safe work methods. Ensure proper completion of daily/activity reports, incident/occurrence reports, perform audits and quality control inspections in a timely manner. Ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved and maintained through every customer interaction. As a team lead you must have a strong understanding of contingency process management. This facility is a 24/7 operation and one must be available to work all rotating shifts.
Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age. Must possess a high school diploma and/or certificate in Aviation logistics. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Must have experience in airline/airport operations, transportation logistics. Customer service oriented you will possess strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills. Capable of multi-tasking while demonstrating sound judgment. Knowledgeable in data bases, Microsoft applications and an ability to meet deadlines. Reliable and committed by maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal attainment. You must be able to cope with extremely heavy workloads. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Must be able to obtain and retain a Transportation Security Clearance.
