Flight Exec is currently recruiting a Travel Solutions Specialist

Position Summary:
Flightexec’s focus as a Private Aviation Travel Solution company is on maintaining the highest standards of customer service in a fast-paced private aviation charter and management industry. The applicant must be able to consider and prioritize many variables in providing optimal travel solutions for our clients. Responsibilities include fielding inbound calls, providing prompt sales introductions, charter quotes and assisting in other customer services tasks and coordination of operational details of owner and charter trips.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Aid clients with reservations, transfers, changes, and cancellations
• Book domestic and international reservations hotels and car rentals
• Secure new client sales and retention through customer service provided
• Utilizing Flight Operation Software (FOS), enter and record all information pertinent to that specific flight allowing for a seamless travel experience.
• Provide alternative travel solutions for customer travel

• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Professional communication, presentation, and administration skills
• Proficient internet research skills for customer information
