Position Title: Calgary Airport Transportation Coordinator Business Unit or Department: Hospitality Title Position Reports to: Transportation Manager Location: CALGARY, AB POSITION OVERVIEW The YYC-Airport Transportation Coordinator is responsible for the first and last experience for all CMH guests arriving and departing from Calgary International Airport. This position calls for the full attention of the individual to punctually launch all of the CMH transportation for all CMH guests from the hotel lobby of the Delta Calgary Airport Hotel (Calgary Airport). This coordinator will oversee the programs that make up the arrival and departure of all CMH guests in an efficient, highly organized manner with the focus on punctuality, great guest service and professionalism. This position runs from early December to mid-April. The YYC-Airport Transportation Coordinator’s role requires someone to keep a keen eye on the arrival and departure experiences while being attentive to the needs and requests of our valued guests. The position calls for a person that will always have plan “B” ready to go and enjoys a demanding work environment and on the spot problem solving. With a strong understanding of guest expectations balanced with great communication and active listening skills, the YYC-Airport Transportation Coordinator will be the go-to person for all Calgary based pre and post trip details.
