Navigating the Stormy Skies of
Public Relations: Building and
sustaining a positive Brand
Airport Operations Class 20 had the honor of attending a workshop
hosted by the BC Aviation Council last week, which provided a great supplement
to their Public Relations studies. This workshop was more than an opportunity
to watch, as active participants they worked alongside industry professionals
to learn the steps to develop and sustain a brand in the face of operational challenges.
Hosted by the BC Aviation Council and delivered by a Ralph Eastman and Nicola
Lambrechts from NATIONAL Public Relations, a team with a great background in
public relations for aviation.
“It takes years to build a positive image and, if not managed well,
seconds to lose it.”
