Boundary Bay Airport Customer Service and Event Supervisor:

As a Customer Service and Event Supervisor for Boundary Bay Airport, you will report directly to Airport Manager. In this rewarding role you will be responsible for ensuring the service provided to our guests is exemplary, our Annual Airshow and various other events portray our Airport as a world-class airport all the while continuously striving to develop and promote various initiatives and promotions designed to generate additional sales and services that will increase customers and their satisfaction levels.



Responsibilities:
 Lead a team of staff and ensure they are motivated, well informed, disciplined, coordinated and at all times, providing an exemplary level of customer service to all customers including aircraft crew, their associates and CZBB visitors.
 Ensure the safe maneuvering of aircraft on the apron through staff training, operational instruction, resource planning and the management of a disciplined approach to all aircraft and equipment movements.
 Responsible for efficient staff scheduling, hiring, training, and performance.
 Produce statistical analysis for presentation to Senior Management
 Deal with customer complaints
 Audit and ensure safe and efficient departmental procedures and practices are followed, ensuring all documentation is kept up to- date
 Responsible for maintaining close contact with all FBO customers to ensure that Boundary Bay Air Services meets or exceeds the requirement of the customer
 Develop and promote various initiatives and promotions designed to generate additional sales and services that will increase customer satisfaction levels
 Overall production of CZBB annual airshow including setting policy, formulating the financing and budget, sponsorships, performers, regulatory compliance and act as the liaison between the air show board and the governmental agencies assuring compliance to all regulations necessary to produce the air show.

Qualifications:
 Excellent computer skills. Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook is essential. Experience in MS Access also an asset.
 A strong focus on customer service.
 A general understanding of aviation terminology.
 A positive, pleasant phone manner.
 The ability to work in a team environment and on your own.
 The ability to think creatively, solve problems and multitask.
 The ability to manage stress in a fast paced environment.
 The ability to think on your feet.
 A Restricted Radio Operators Certificate - Aviation - Company will provide training.
