Program Manager, Organizational Development

The Organizational Development Program Manager, reporting to the Director, Organizational Development, is responsible for managing Employee Engagement, Culture, Performance Management, and Recognition programs for the GTAA. The OD Program Manager is responsible for being the subject matter expert in these areas, and will be responsible for conducting our annual Employee Engagement and Culture surveys, overseeing enterprise-level engagement related actions and initiatives, and will be the lead regarding Performance Management processes and tools. The ideal candidate for this role has the ability to build strong partnerships across the company.

Job Description
Key Accountabilities: 
  • Conduct the GTAA’s annual employee engagement survey in partnership with our partner vendor, including stakeholder management and communications
  • Conduct the GTAA’s annual culture survey in partnership with our partner vendor, including stakeholder management and communications
  • Analyze the data from these surveys and provide recommendations regarding actions and initiatives
  • Prepare and conduct presentations regarding culture and engagement
  • Manage and improve the GTAA Employee Recognition programs
  • Manage additional projects as assigned
  • Responsible for managing Diversity and Inclusion at the GTAA; including committee management, reporting and other duties assigned

Job Requirements
Qualifications: 
• Post-secondary diploma in business administration or human resources
• Minimum 5 years’ program management experience, preferably in a Human Resources role, with demonstrated experience working in a customer centric environment
• Minimum 1 years’ experience as the subject matter expert of an HR system
• 5+ years’ experience analyzing data, developing recommendations and creating presentations
• Minimum 5 years’ experience and proficiency in using all Microsoft office applications
• Valid G or G2 Provincial driver’s license required
• Must be able to obtain and retain a Transportation Security Clearance
• CHRP designation (obtained or in progress) considered an asset

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
• Strong facilitation skills with experience speaking to varying audiences from the front line to executives
• Strong relationship building skills with a proactive approach to delivering high quality customer service
• Advanced level project management skills with experience managing large scale enterprise-wide projects
• Experience with developing and implementing programmatic solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail, accuracy and solution based thinking
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experienced with Microsoft Office suite products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
