Title: Shift Scheduling Specialist Classification: ATP- 05 Salary Range: $56,322 – $70,402 Location: Edmonton ACC 4396 34 Street East Edmonton International Airport, Alberta T9E0V4 Discover NAV CANADA. We’re a private sector, non-share capital corporation, financed through publicly-traded debt, and we own and operate Canada’s civil air navigation service (ANS). We provide our customers – airlines and other owners and operators of aircraft – with the following services: air traffic control, flight information, weather briefings, airport advisory services, aeronautical information services and electronic aids to navigation. Duties:  Under the direction of the Manager, Business Services & Shift Optimization, the Scheduling Specialist is the focal point for preparing, adapting, establishing and implementing operational personnel shift schedules in a complex scheduling environment. Requirements:  EDUCATION:  Successful completion of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience. EXPERIENCE: Experience in providing administrative or operations support. Experience in the use of office computer software applications and data manipulation and reporting tools such as Word and Excel. The following experience factors will be considered an asset: Experience in staff scheduling. Experience with pay and leave systems. Instructional experience. Supervisory experience.
