PartnerJet is currently recruiting a Flight Coordinator

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Director of Flight Operations: 

 Responsible for maintaining a solid customer relationship with high end clientele
 Prepare flight quotations and negotiate charter sales for managed aircraft and Partner Jet Inc. owned aircraft
 Manage flights through the various stages of completion: from point of sale to the generation of an invoice including arranging contract fuel, customs and immigration, crew hotels, airline tickets and ground handling for world wide destinations
 Prepare aircraft statistics as required
 Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

 Minimum 5 years experience in the aviation travel industry
 Previous Sales/Flight Coordination experience is a strong asset
 Proven customer service background 
 Basic knowledge of CARs as it relates to flight limitations
 Effective communicator able to perform well under stress
 Team player with good negotiation skills 
 Able and willing to work flexible hours
 English speaking and writing is a must (French is an asset)

EDUCATION

 Post-secondary education in aviation management or a related field is an asset.
