The Operations Agent will be responsible for coordinating operations with the various stakeholders at the airport.

Responsabilities
- Plan, coordinate, communicate, lead and control the activities related to Air Transat flights at the Toronto airport;
- Interact with various service providers, governmental agencies and airport authorities;
- In charge of preparing flight document for the Flight Crew Members (FCM);
- Responsible for briefing the crew;
- Elaboration of the loading plan;
- Elaboration of the preliminary weight and balance plans;
- Consult and communicate flight messages (MVT, DPM, LDM, etc.);
- Communicate UHF and VHF;
- Answer telephone calls;
- Manage irregular situations (delays, diversions, flight cancellations, etc.);
- Code the various delays;
- Prepare operations reports;
- Monitoring of operations;
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- 3 years of experience in airport operations;
- Autonomous and resourceful;
- High level of professionalism;
- Good ability to communicate;
- Capable of evaluating and analyzing operational needs;
- Very good knowledge about the all facets of the aviation industry;
- Bilingual (French and English) both oral and written, an asset;
- Understanding of various of IT systems (AIMS, SITATEXT and ALTEA) an asset;
- Capable of working under pressure.
