Customer Service Agent Vancouver Airport Customer Service Agent • Check in and greet passengers, taking reservations and handling payments • Processing baggage and cargo • Respond to passenger inquiries, gate operations and flight closure • Other general airport duties as required
Successful applicant will have: • Basic computer skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and in a team • Ability to work flexible hours (including nights and weekend) • Must be 18 years of age and able to obtain and retain a YVR RAIC and AVOP drivers License • Must have a valid BC drivers license or transferrable license (Minimum Class 7) • Previous positions with leadership responsibilities an asset
