The BCIT Student Association recently hosted a career event that was open to all streams at the ATC - including Airport Operations and Airline and Flight Operations. In a change from the trade show format, this event was based on a speed-dating concept instead. Each employer hosted a table and students moved from table to table with an opportunity to learn about the organizations involved, and ask questions in a smaller group.
Feedback from the students has been great, and the Student Association tells us that they plan to hold another two events prior to the summer of 2018. Watch this space, and the events calendar in the right hand column for dates and details!
