The West Coast Fishing Club operates three luxury saltwater fishing lodges in Haida Gwaii. We are dedicated to offering a world class experience to our guests with unsurpassed levels of quality and service. We are currently looking for two individuals to join our team this season as Customer Relations Associates (Meet & Greet Team).
These individuals are responsible for assisting guests during their arrival and departure at the YVR Airport South Terminal in Richmond, BC. This is an excellent opportunity for a people & service oriented individual to gain experience in an exciting & fast-paced environment.
For this position we are looking for someone who works hard and is genuinely interested in delivering exceptional service. This is a full-time seasonal position from May until September with potential part-time hours starting in March.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Morning and afternoon preparation for the WCFC to receive clients departing on, or returning from trips.
  • Preparation of northbound trips including; manifests, boarding passes, fishing licenses, snack bags and all northbound freight items.
  • Preparation of southbound trips including: manifests, fish manifests, hotel shuttles and other travel arrangements.
  • Manage all special requests from lodge managers and guests. Will include having to pick up items around Vancouver as necessary (Driver’s License is required).
  • Preparation of northbound freight; complete freight manifest, prepare skids and coordinate with YVR South Terminal ground crew.
  • Management of the warehouse area; ensure supplies are fully stocked and the area is kept clean and organized.
  • General office support as required.
  • ALWAYS being friendly, courteous and keeping the enhancement of customer experiences in mind.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage & prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Being self-sufficient, great with time management & responsible as there will be a significant amount of unsupervised work.
  • Willingness to learn, take on increasing responsibilities and meet hard deadlines for which they will be accountable.
  • Be able to demonstrate a clear propensity towards the delivery of exceptional customer service and be comfortable engaging socially with clients face to face & over the phone.
  • Must have a car & be available for early morning, and weekend work.

**IMPORTANT**
Candidates must be prepared to work irregular hours & occasional split shifts during the season.
Monday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday hours are 5:30am – 11am and 1pm - 3:30pm (plus frequent overtime between 11-1 and/or after 3:30pm).
Wednesday hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Primarily Saturdays & Tuesdays off.
