Airline Station Supervisor
RS & Associates Airport Services is seeking a permanent part-time (50%) Station Supervisor for airline operations at the Masset Airport. The ideal candidate will have recent supervisory experience in Pacific Coastal customer service operations, preferably at a supervisory level. The Station Supervisor will report to the Area Manager for Haida Gwaii, with whom they will cooperatively coordinate airline operations & manage/supervise customer, cargo, and ground services and the above and below team at the Masset Airport.
The Station Supervisor will, in addition to their supervisory duties, work the line as a customer, cargo, and (occasional) ground services agent. As such they must have experience as a CSA, GSA experience is an asset and willingness to cover occasional GSA shifts (following training) is required.
