London Air Services (LAS) has been the leading operator of charter and managed aircraft on Canada’s west coast since 1999. The LAS team is currently hiring a full time temporary (12-18 months):

Client Services Coordinator

As the Client Services Coordinator, you will work with the Client Services Manager and Flight Crew to ensure our clients’ experience is seamless from start to finish. The successful candidate should be someone with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and enjoys all levels of customer service.

Some responsibilities can include:

· Crew scheduling

· Fulfilling passenger requests such as catering, ground transportation etc.

· Taking care of US customs arrangements

· Proving flight quotes

The successful candidate should have:

· A strong customer service background.

· Able to be on call on a rotational basis.

· Ability to work well as part of a team.

· A valid passport.

· While experience in aviation would be helpful, it’s not a requirement.
