CHC Safety Summit March 28-30

This year a total of 51 students representing three classes will accompany instructors Reana Selody Joubert and Lynne Denison Foster to the CHC Safety and Quality Summit on March 28,29 and 30, volunteering as ambassadors.  Reana points out that "this experience is invaluable as it supports and enriches the student classroom education."  And Lynne comments that "the networking opportunities with aviation professionals in this environment is priceless."

The Summit this year addresses Corporate Responsibility vs. Personal Accountability:  Two sides of the Same Coin

Past CHC Safety & Quality Summits have been a gathering of some of the greatest minds in aviation safety. The Summit attracts hundreds of delegates from companies big and small from around the globe, coming together to focus on the human side of safety and to explore how to reduce risk. Regulators, fixed wing and helicopter operators and related industries like oil and gas, insurance and crisis management meet to find ways to improve aviation safety worldwide.

The CHC Safety and Quality Summit provides great learning opportunities for students and alumni.
