Kenn Borek Air is currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator within our Flight Training Department, Calgary Base.
As the Training Coordinator for the Flight Training Department you are responsible and accountable to:
• Oversee all aspects of ground and flight training this is to include training records.
• Maintain with the Records Administrator an online company database for the flight training department; including employee records for approximately 135 pilots, scheduling of follow up training and tracking of employee progress.
• Working with a Computer Based Training system including improving and developing online courses.
• Reviewing and developing Technical Ground School s when required.
• Facilitating Technical Ground Schools and Human Factors Training when required.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Grade 12 diploma.
• Good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of web page development and Flash an asset but not a requirement.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and delegate tasks to all levels of individuals.
• Self-motivated, dependable, energetic, goal oriented with positive outlook.
• Must be organized and have a great attention to detail.
