Canadian North is currently recruiting a Manager, Crew Planning, Tracking & Training to be located in the Calgary base.


Job Description:
- Actively participate in the Company’s Safety Management System program and demonstrate knowledge of employee responsibilities regarding safety
- Build crew pairings, crew schedules and crew vacation Responsible for all aspects of Crew Qual, including training and administration
- Responsible for all aspects of Crew Trac, including loading of monthly schedules and administration Maintain master crew list for APIS for Pilots, Cabin Crew and extra riders
- Oversee crew pay Share Flight Trac administration with the Operations Control Center
- Responsible for day of operations crewing issues and CARS support
- Authorize crew pay increments
- Transport Canada contact for crew training issues
- Supervise Crew Training & Tracking Coordinator and Time Keeper
- All other duties as assigned by the Senior Director, Operations
