Air Bravo Corp. is currently recruiting an Operations Flight Follower

Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling/Notifying Flight Crews in accordance with planned/on-demand daily requirements.
- Liason with Pilots and Mgmt.for Flight Times, Operational considerations, special requirements, etc.
- Monitor all flights.
- Maintain an accurate tracking system for aircraft and pertinent call log.
- Operations Data Entry
- Answer/direct telephone calls.
- Assist with Ops problem-solving and irregular operations.
- Prepare/Assist in preparation of reports/schedules.
- Notify Mgmt. and assist in Emergency Response Manual requirements.
- Audit Flight documents as directed.
- Assist in Customer Relations and notifications.
- Preparation and filing of related documentation for International flights.
- Facilitate and coordinate with Ops and Maintenance Dept's as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate would have some aviation experience, versed in common computer software programs, and be able to adapt to changes in a dynamic work environment. Most importantly, they must bring an eager attitude and conscientious work ethic to the position.

We invite all qualified individuals to apply, as well as Aviation College graduates/Commercial Pilots with a minimum of 500 Hrs. PIC who are seeking to be considered for promotion to the Flight Line in 6 - 12 months.

Current schedule is 12 hr. shifts, 4 on/4 off, rotating Days and Nights.
This position is based in Thunder Bay.

Salary:$14.00 - 15.00/Hr.
