North Cariboo Air is currently recruiting a Flight Crew Scheduler. Job Description: This position is responsible for ensuring all North Cariboo Air aircraft are crewed based on the predetermined pilot experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Maintain Pilot and Flight Attendant schedules. Make necessary arrangements for crews who are deadheading, traveling out of town. Advise crew members of changes to their assigned schedules. Monitor flight time/crew rest limitations of flight crew members. Ensure individual client standards are met. Supervise OCC Flight Coordinators. Actively supports the company Safety Management System by participating in the program. All other duties as assigned. EDUCATION/TRAINING Grade 12 education with post-secondary or equivalent work related experience. Knowledge of company and Transport Canada Regulations governing air crews (including flight and duty time hours). Exemplary knowledge of Canadian Air Regulations. Excellent problem solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external customers. Must be adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Must possess an ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible to work irregular shifts, weekends, and statutory holidays for 24 hour coverage. Ability to obtain and retain a Transport Canada Red Pass. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word an asset. Valid driver’s license.
