North Cariboo Air is currently recruiting a Flight Crew Scheduler. Job Description: This position is responsible for ensuring all North Cariboo Air aircraft are crewed based on the predetermined pilot experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities  Maintain Pilot and Flight Attendant schedules.  Make necessary arrangements for crews who are deadheading, traveling out of town.  Advise crew members of changes to their assigned schedules.  Monitor flight time/crew rest limitations of flight crew members.  Ensure individual client standards are met.  Supervise OCC Flight Coordinators.  Actively supports the company Safety Management System by participating in the program.  All other duties as assigned. EDUCATION/TRAINING  Grade 12 education with post-secondary or equivalent work related experience.  Knowledge of company and Transport Canada Regulations governing air crews (including flight and duty time hours).  Exemplary knowledge of Canadian Air Regulations.  Excellent problem solving skills.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external customers.  Must be adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines.  Must possess an ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.  Flexible to work irregular shifts, weekends, and statutory holidays for 24 hour coverage.  Ability to obtain and retain a Transport Canada Red Pass.  Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word an asset.  Valid driver’s license.
