Phoenix Heli-Flight, an innovator and industry leader in the supply of premium helicopter charter services, is now hiring a Safety System Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Managing and growing Phoenix’s SMS with the objective of continuous improvement;
 Developing and ensuring KPIs are being obtained;
 Producing safety presentations utilizing safety data and statistics for monthly safety meetings;
 Ensuring compliance with A-OSH requirements;
 Maintaining online customer prequalification databases;
 Overseeing the FDM system analysis and SMS integration;
 Performing Quality Assurance duties;

Qualifications:
 Aviation background with emphasis in helicopter operations;
 Proficiency with computers; well-developed skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
 Well organized, profession individual with strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills;
 Previous experience in risk management or auditing an asset;
