Canadian North is currently recruiting a Part Time Customer Service Operations Agent – Temporary 6 Months Relief Position in Edmonton, AB.

Qualifications:
 Canadian Citizen or Landed Immigrant (must be able to meet Transport Canada Security Clearance Regulations)
 Clean criminal record
 Two to three years of Customer Service experience in the Airport environment would be considered an asset
 Understanding and background in Sabre would be considered an asset
 Strong mathematical aptitude
 Effective interpersonal skills in a fast paced environment
 Ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy
 Problem solving skills
 Excellent organizational skills
 Excellent communication skills
 Ability to work in a team environment
 Ability to work under stressful time constraint circumstances
 Advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities:
 Actively participate in the Company’s Safety Management Systems program and demonstrate knowledge of employee responsibilities regarding safety
 Complete aircraft weight and balance ensuring procedures meet safety regulations and guidelines as required
 Process and resolve operational problems as they arise
 Facilitate the communication of critical information in a timely manner
 Transmit information in a variety of ways; air-to-ground radio, walkie-talkies, email, phone etc.
 Maintain accurate record keeping as required by various government agencies and Company policies
 Ensure that all workplace issues, including barriers to high level customer service, are brought to the attention of the Customer Service Management
 Provide support and effective handover to other Customer Service Operations Agents
 Perform all other Customer Service Agent responsibilities as required
 Actively participate in the Company’s Safety Management Systems program and demonstrate knowledge of employee responsibilities regarding safety
 Other duties as assigned
