Servisair, a leading global provider of aviation ground services delivering an integrated range of handling solutions across 121 locations, is currently recruiting Customer Service Agent, part-time positions for the Edmonton International Airport.

The Customer Service Agent will take care of the operations related to the reception of passengers, the arrivals of flights, and the check-in process at the counters.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Give exceptional and personalized customer service.
- Welcome, inform and direct the passengers at the check-in counter.
- Register the passengers as well as their luggage in the computer system.
- Conform to the legal rules pertinent to the airport industry, Health and Safety at work as well as all the other company’s policies and work procedures.
- Be able to react properly in case of emergency and apply the measures to be taken.
- All other tasks necessary for the good operation of the Passenger Service Department.

REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Customer Service Experience.
- Experience as a passenger agent or equivalent experience in aviation field, an asset.
- Knowledge of a second language, an asset.
- Available and flexible to work various shifts (day, evening, week-end and holidays) by operational requirements.
- Succeed the training exams*.

*The require training will be provided.

Hourly rate: $14.00
This position is at Edmonton International Airport, Canada
