Ramp Agent:
The Ramp Agent will be accountable for loading and unloading of the goods transported aboard aircrafts according to the airline companies standards and in compliance with the safety regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Work in a team to load and unload baggage, cargo, mail and commissary, whether palletized, containerized and/or bulk loaded from aircrafts with ground airport equipment.
 Inspect baggage for proper tagging and scan baggage tags.
 Respond to and clear baggage jams.
 Operate position, remove, connect and disconnect ground power and air start units.
 Perform the function of aircraft marshaller.
 Drive airside vehicles: baggage tractors, trucks, etc.
 Service water and toilet systems of all aircraft.
 Any other duties associated with the job classification.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE)
 High School Diploma or equivalent
 Have a valid driver`s license
 Experience as a ramp agent or equivalent experience in aviation field, an asset.
 Able to lift up objects up to 70lbs.
 Available and flexible to work various shifts (day, evening, week-end and holidays) by operational requirements.
 Succeed the training exams*.

*The require training will be provided.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the essential functions of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The incumbent is frequently required to sit. The incumbent is occasionally required to kneel, crouch or stoop. The incumbent on occasion may lift or move up to 70 pounds, and /or more frequently lift or move 10 to 20 pounds, and constantly lift or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision.

This is a part-time position. The hourly rate is $10.15
