General Manager
Prior Resource Group - Kitchener, ON
Our client is seeking a General Manager to run a local airport. Successful candidates should have experience in Business Management, Accounting and Budgeting. Experience in Marketing, advertising or economic development would be a strong asset. This is a Monday-Friday 8a-5p shift plus overtime when required. Instructional level 2 or 1 and flying experience would be preferred but not required.


Successful candidates will:
  • have flying experience, instructional experience and a marketing background of some sort
  • available to work 8am-5pm daylight hours, up to 50hrs a week
  • Ability to oversee the flight school, flight training, ground school.
  • Have an outgoing personality , excellent leadership skills.
  • Comfortable to oversee 15-20 staff members,
  • Level 1 or 2 Instructional pilot licence is an asset (these are the highest levels you can have)
This is a permanent position $50,000 per annum, and is dependent on experience
